- Development continued on the shared randomness project.  We are currently in
  the process of finalizing the codebase and plan to publish it for code review

- Did a talk on 32C3 summarizing the current state of hidden services:

- Continued development on Rendezvous Single Onion Services (RSOS), an opt-in
  way for public hidden services to get improved performance:

- Held a brief IRC workshop for people developing on hidden services and related

- Discussed ways for scaling the Tor metrics infrastructure in the future
