[tor-dev] Proposals should have reviews. Let's make sure that happens. Here's a schedule.

Will be impossible for me on Friday. However, if teor can with a time
that is also suitable for you and others, please proceed.

On Monday, from 9:00 to 17:00 UTC is fine by me. After that I'll be in
transit from a continent to an other.
