[tor-dev] Atlas/Compass GSoC 2013

Hi Art,

Regarding Atlas and Compass I had the same idea but I didn't sit down to
browse the bug-list in full. These days I'll make local Atlas and Compass
servers for testing and start working on the issue throughout the weekend.

I don't have an impressive skillset: C/C++ from school, js from last
summers' work, my last language learned was Python and quite loving it.
Several weeks ago we had a presentation about Angular.js in out local
hacklab, so if I get really stuck I have support on that side. Other
skills. Not quite sure if: html, css, jQuery, experience in V model
development cycle and having a good documentation étique are considered as
skills.

Normally I'm quite independent while working on projects, but transparent
while working in a team.
During the lurking on #tor-dev I've noticed that most of the developers are
either computer science PhD or working on their PhD thesis, so the thing
that concerns me is that I'm not familiar with the coding style in tor and
tor-related projects and I lack the specific background in knowledge.
Any thought on this (the coding style and background)?
