 IIUC, Firefox autogenerates `ps_4_0_level_9_3` which is old
 [https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb509626(v=vs.85).aspx SM2]. So
 what's wrong with https://github.com/wine-
 mirror/wine/tree/master/dlls/d3dcompiler_47?
