 Okay, chelseakomlo's fix for this branch is in my `bug22905`

 branch] along with a changes file.

 This should possibly also be backported to 0.3.1.x (along with #22830),
 and my
 [https://gitweb.torproject.org/user/isis/torspec.git/commit/?h=bug22905_0.3.1
 branch] for that is `bug22905_0.3.1`.
