 Aha, so I was in fact wrong when I assumed that the list would be for
 users and maybe relay operators who happen to speak Spanish but not
 English.  It's for people who understand both Spanish and at least some
 English and want to help with localization into Spanish.  In that case
 both names you suggest would work.  Personally, I'd pick `tor-l10n-es@`.

 On a related note, I could also see us create a `tor-l10n@` list that is
 not specific to Spanish localization but localization in general.  We
 could always subdivide that list later into `tor-l10n-es@` and friends.
 But having a single list would avoid discussing related issues again and
 again on different lists.

 Let me know what name you want for the list, and unless I hear a veto
 within 24 hours from that, I'll create a sysadmin ticket to make it
 happen.
