 We want, at first, to discuss on it among developers, help desk and users,
 mostly about the situation of tor in spanish (translations, UI errors,
 etc.) so I'm not sure if tor-talk-es@ or tor-dev-es@ would work, but I
 agree that simply tor-es@ could clogg the namespace too much.

 tor-lang-es@ or tor-l10n-es@ ?
