 I was able to further track this down, but don't know what happens. My Tor
 Browser has NoScript removed (I don't like the addond very much, I use
 Adblock Edge, Ghostery and RequestPolicy Continued) and when I use a fresh
 install of TB 5.0a3 the resizing is disabled, when I uninstall NoScript
 (clean install, NONE of my addons yet installed) the resizing starts to
 get crazy and can't be persistently disabled! Does this help?
