 It sounds like you have two torrc files or are otherwise confused.

 I believe the relay you point to above is an exit relay.

 Did you configure your torrc using arm? If so, you seem to have
 encountered some usability problems with it. Most people configure their
 torrc file by hand, and then use arm to view their running relay (but not
 to modify it).
