Comment:

 I'd be happy to take a patch that removes unimplemented things from the
 spec(s).  Unimplemented stuff should *probably* get collected in an Attic
 file, so we have some record of what we once meant to do that we can mine
 for proposals.  Unless it's all bad ideas, I guess.
