 When your Tor hits hard hibernation (not soft, which just closes listening
 ports), I think it will opt not to make or allow any circuits. That should
 break your hidden service.

 Tor clients ("no ORport") get disabled by hibernation too -- there's a
 ticket somewhere around here for having client functionality continue
 working, but it's a mess so we've never done it.
