 RunAsDaemon and User are set by the deb and are redundant here: see
 /usr/share/tor/tor-service-defaults-torrc

 > ORPort 8888
 > Nickname sricslbridge2
 > ExitPolicy reject *:* # no exits allowed

 ExitPolicy defaults to reject *:* when BridgeRelay is 1 (but it shouldn't
 hurt to say it here too).

 > BridgeRelay 1
 > ServerTransportPlugin obfs2 exec /usr/bin/obfsproxy --managed
