 Replying to [ticket:6093 proper]:
 > Since automatic account creation is suppressed by TorBirdy, there is no
 way to hit "manual" while the account is being created.

 I just added support for selecting between IMAP and POP accounts during
 the account creation wizard.

 Check out the latest commit and create a XPI from that to test this.
