 Both stable tor and tor-alpha are now kept up to date in OpenWRT's package
 repository. The tor-alpha package is where we should make our changes to
 the Tor package.

 I propose that we add natpmp, upnpclient and rebuild it with tor-fw-helper
 support.

 Additionally, I think we should add the web UI attached to #2370.
