 Roger, what do you think?  If you can get the release notes for 0.2.2.x
 stable out tonight or tomorrow, I'd say let's do that.  Otherwise, if you
 have time for an 0.2.2.x-rc today or tomorrow, I'd say let's do that.
 Otherwise I'll put out an -rc some time on that timeframe.
