 Because of #3747, Vidalia is more or less unreleasable without a new Tor
 to accompany it (see also #3738). I'd like to have a new Tor 0.2.2.x RC as
 soon as possible so I can get out the new packages. This is more urgent
 because there is also a Firefox 6 available which supersedes our FF5 TBBs
 and fixes some serious security problems.
