[tor-announce] New Release: Tor Browser 13.5.8 (Android only)

Hi everyone,

Tor Browser 13.5.8 has now been published for Android. This is an 
unscheduled release which includes the Android-specific security 
backports missed in 13.5.7. For details please see our blog post:
