Comment:

 We can consider providing a UI for changing some advanced tor settings,
 like modifying {Entry,Exit,Exclude,Strict}Nodes.

 This isn't a feature provided by Tor Browser on desktop platforms, but we
 know some people edit the torrc file directly for accomplishing this.
 Orbot provides a preferences UI for this on Android.
