 I could access all the Independent comments in Tor7.4 and Tor6, but not in
 Tor7.5, so it's something about Tor7.5 that refuses the comments for some
 reason.

 Of course, Tor6 and Tor7.4 had other problems, but at least I could see
 the comments.
