We could starting by trying to release it later on Wednesday, which
would already make it closer to PDT office hours. Right now, 12:00 UTC
is 5:00 PDT. If TWN is released at 17:00 UTC or 18:00 UTC, it would
leave more room for PDT folks to wake up…

For this particular week, I think I would have pulled the feature
entirely before sending the newsletter. That's a bit more work, but
maybe this is a way to do it…
