Once we have partial completion times in the `onionperf` database
(#30610), we can include more measurements in the 50 KiB and 1 MiB graphs
by simply switching from `DATACOMPLETE` to `PARTIAL[51200|1048576]`. And
maybe we should just use `PARTIAL5242880` in the 5 MiB graph, too, for
consistency, even though the resulting graph should be the same or at
least very similar.
As part of this change we might have to update the text to say that we're
plotting the same 1 MiB/5 MiB request in two/three graphs, which reduces
diversity to some extent.
In any case we must update the reproducible metrics page on this aspect.
Note that this ticket is not a child of #29507 even though it depends on
other children of that ticket.
