 As soon as #30602 is released, let's import the new
 `PARTIAL[51200|1048576|5242880]` and `ERRORCODE` fields into the
 `onionperf` database for use in graphs. As for that other ticket I already
 have a working branch which is why I'm grabbing this ticket.
