 As of May 12, 2017, the `torperf.csv` data file has been replaced by the
 `torperf-1.1.csv` data file, and we said that starting on June 1, 2017,
 the former will not be updated anymore. We still update it though. We
 should remove the code that produces this file now. I'll attach a patch
 once I have a ticket number.
