Good afternoon,

I am wondering why I get an error when I try to access the website
normally?  I did find that when I use a VPN I can access.  But using the
ISP I get the "An error occurred during a connection to www.torproject.org.
SSL received a record that exceeded the maximum permissible length."
error.  Can you assist?
