[Tor www-team] Redesign the sponsor page

[Olssy]

Is something like this what people had in mind? If that's acceptable or
only a few things to change I can do it now but lacking time to do anything
fancy. Took a bad screenshot and unfortunately lost the changes so ignore
the blue highlighted stuff.
