An art designer on a project will create a color pallet and a style guide.
This allows designers in the future to just take the color pallet and know
what color should be used for what and a what fonts are used.

Its a big picture kind of thing and comes in very useful.

If someone is willing to do an entire `rebrand` or style guide and create
uniformity this is a very powerful person to have around.
