[Tor www-team] IRC channel for www-team

Hello,

What do folk think about an IRC channel for www-team?

I'm Rey and I would like to throw my hat in and help out where I can.

Primarily a front end developer I have a fair bit of experience with static
generators (Jekyll, Middleman, nanoc).

Words I like include HTML/CSS, HAML/SASS, responsive frameworks, Grunt,
Compass and all that good stuff.
