Hello there community and comms folks o/

I wonder if you would like to sync this Wednesday, Jan 10 at 1700UTC
(#tor-meeting channel) to chat about the work to build
support.torproject.org!

I know you have been working on the copy, we have been working on coding
side of it. And we have some work to get done to prepare it for translation!

I would like to talk about that, I think we need to think of the
translator experience from end to end and make sure we are ready for it.

I would like for us to create an translator onboarding document. Which
should include information like 'your account will need to be approved
before you can get started'.

Have on our side a routine to get those accounts approved, also we need
to figure out who will do language review for each language. Then get
these folks organized. So build a process with them, when they are ok
with the translation we need to push it to production so there is
another step we need to make sure someone is responsible to keep an eye
as well.

So I want to talk about organizing all this ^^^, make sure hiro has all
she needs to code the site (content is ready, sitemap is ready etc).
