[ux] last meeting

Hi UX people,

I am sorry for not participating in the meeting two days ago. Germany
changed the time to wintertime. I forgot that this doesn’t affect all
timezones, so I was an hour too late. As I see there is no chat log, so
I guess there were too less people? Anything I missed?

For wintertime there will be difficulties for me to be on time. I plan
to try to join at 1715UTC or so.
