iptables accepts username in double quotes as well for --uid-owner. Invalid port accepted in INPUT rule - PREROUTING table is considered before FILTER so INPUT table already receives packet after REDIRECT thus it has to accept final port 5353, not original 53. Tested with Arch Linux (2017-12-29) tor 0.3.1.9
