[tor-teachers] New resource: All About Tor for Libraries

Hi everyone,

I've just added a new resource to the tor-teachers wiki [1]. It's a
slidedeck and link list that covers nearly everything librarians need to
know about Tor. Direct link here [2]. Don't be put off by the "for
librarians"; it can easily be adapted to other audiences. It's under a
CC-BY-SA license.
