Hello all! Thanks for setting this up! And thanks Tania for talking
about teaching materials. I've been on the Tor Weekly News list but
this is something else entirely awesome!
A repository for slides and materials is a great idea!
There is, of course, this wiki: https://trac.torproject.org/projects/tor
but I think the lack of an official Tor forum leaves people
troubleshooting in blog entries/announcements leading to a giant mess.
Is there an opsec reason why there is no official troubleshooting
forum or just not enough forum janitors?
Is there hosting for a wiki or would a Tor Teaching wiki feel at home
on trac? (I think it would work out fine there)
+1 for using the EFF resources
I like the idea of using NSA slides grabbed from EFF (e.g. though
these are low quality https://imgur.com/VxIjK7B ), ha.
+1 the idea of a collaborative to-do presentation section (!)
+2 I think audience-specific discussion would live well on this list,
right? Corporate colleagues, loved ones, etc. can have their own
section in the teaching tor audience-specific section of the wiki too.
Sorry if this email was discursive, there's already a lot to talk about.
best
John
