[tor-talk] TBB 6.5 screen resize not working

OK, thanks - I will. Others can see if they also notice the following.
When TBB 6.5 (Win) opens, it doesn't align its top border w/ top of
monitor / display (if it's supposed to).
It aligned to top of monitor in v6.08, allowed more room for resized
screen height.
