[tor-talk] Wikileaks is the Endgame

Just so my question doesn't get morphed-- I'm not asking whether Tor 
would pursue additional funding avenues, or whether they would like
receiving more funding from non-governmental sources.
I'm asking if they can survive without U.S. government funding.
