The company says new technology will lock users' browsers and prevent Internet access until they pay a fine. 

it sounds like a business model copied from these crypto trojan.

Der Erpressungs-Trojaner CTB-Locker hat es dieses Mal nicht auf Windows-Nutzer, sondern auf Webserver abgesehen. Er hat bereits Dateien hunderter Websites verschlüsselt, ein Ende ist derzeit nicht absehbar.

sorry, only german. ctb locker encode not windows user but webserver until you pay for a key release.
