What about "Community Libre Software" or "Libre Community Software"?

I haven’t found any statements of him why he is not calling it "Libre
Software". "Open Source" is a bad term as RMS agrees. "Free Software" is
too ambiguous as well. I never liked the term. People not having heard
about it have little chance to intuitively guess the essence of what
it's about.
