One thing that trips people up continuously is handling port
forwarding. Unless they have some pre-existing networking knowledge,
they just say that Tor "doesn't work" (which makes debugging tricky).
Other than that, yeah, I'm going to emphasize what Max said.
Occasionally, someone opinionated and uninformed will declare that Tor
is bad. It would be great to emphasize the overwhelmingly positive uses
of the network.
