[tor-talk] Thinking about running a bridge but have some questions

By default your bridge is submitted to the bridge-db. Distribution is
via bridges.torproject.org and emailing bridges at torproject.org, as well
as whoever you tell to use your bridge. (Someone please correct me if
I'm missing something here)
