FreeBSD has a live cd/dvd which could be easily modified to
further launch dhcp, a UI, etc.

The extended question for the list is 'is there a BSD
equiv to tails/whonix'. I'd found one earlier but the site/project
is now gone. I'm sure there's lots of oppurtunity there.
