Got a sudden 'Socks error: connection refused' from polipo (independent
of target site), nothing in Tor's log except a couple of
"[warn] connection_edge_process_relay_cell (at origin) failed."
an hour before.
 SIGHUP fixed it. This is after 14 days runtime.
