I'm not a Tor official, but you should be aware of the trademark.

Which basically says that you better add a disclaimer that tells people
that your software is independent from the Tor Project and the Tor
Project does not take any responsibility for it.

Which basically asks to NOT include the name "Tor" into the name of your
product or domain name.
