I see the compilation process proceed differently from that for 0.2.3.25
- it's 'make all-am' instead of 'make all recursive' and I get the
following reports
CCLD src/or/tor
powerpc-apple-darwin8-gcc-4.0.1: unrecognized option '-pie'
for 8 different files (seems to be all the ones with 'CCLD', whatever
that means). Anything to worry about? It doesn't actually throw a
warning or error, but I haven't tried running the new binary(s) yet.
My compile process is:
unset LDFLAGS
CFLAGS="-O -g -mmacosx-version-min=10.4 -arch ppc"
./configure --prefix=/Library/Tor --with-libevent-dir=/opt/local
--with-openssl-dir=/opt/local --disable-dependency-tracking
CC="gcc-4.0"
make
sudo make install
