[tor-talk] [warn]'s logged with hundreds of circuits

I have 500 or so circuits churning about and have seen these entries.
Is this something that would affect a userland application, or will
Tor hold that open while retrying its thing in the background?
What do they mean?

[warn] Error launching circuit to node [scrubbed] for service [scrubbed].

Several of the above popped up once over a few seconds.

[warn] Query '[scrubbed]' didn't have valid rend desc in cache. Failing.

I usually get one of these only on NEWNYM.
