The windows version of TBB ships with NoScript which is set to allow
scripts globally, but
"Forbid AUDIO/VIDEO"
and
"Apply these restrictions to whitelisted sites too"
are both enabled.
This means one has to click the object (this time a video) and answer
the dialog of NoScript.
