 Can or will anyone address this new pop-up when using the latest version of the Tor Browser Bundle for Windows, as to the safety of choosing any of the choices presented?

 This is it: The new window says the following:

 HTTPS Everywhere can detect attacks against your browser by sending the certificates you receive to the Observatory. Turn this on?
