You are referring to apt-get, so I guess you're using a Debian-based
Linux-Distro:
# dpkg -L polipo
/etc
/etc/polipo
/etc/polipo/config
/etc/polipo/forbidden
/etc/polipo/options
/etc/cron.daily
/etc/cron.daily/polipo
/etc/init.d
/etc/init.d/polipo
/etc/logrotate.d
/etc/logrotate.d/polipo
/var/log/polipo
The listing above was made after removing the polipo package. If you
remove all files, nothing is left from your Polipo installation.

Why do you want to reinstall it? Have you encountered problems?
