"First, in the current network topology, the Tor relays list is public and
can be accessed by attackers. An attacker who wants to detect or block
anonymous users could always just notice any connection to or from a Tor
relay's IP address."
This is no longer true. There are now bridges and even private bridges.
Nowadays with Iran and the DPI, wouldn't it make sense to think again
about stenography?
Any news about suitable stenography protocols?
