I've tried to make it work, but the problem is most likely that it's quite
outdated. I then replace the TorCtl directory with latest TorCtl code
(https://gitweb.torproject.org/pytorctl.git) - doesn't exit on an exception
anymore, but seems to be stuck in endless loop not finding any path even with
most restrictions turned off. Note that it does not work with alpha tor at all.
