[tor-talk] Verify GPG signature, etc

I'm running Ubuntu 10.04

Can anyone give me a simple step-by-step explanation on how to verify
the signatures and intergrity of the Tor browser bundle that gets
downloaded.  I've read the page describing how to do it but makes no
sense to me at all.  

Any practical help would be much appreciated.
