I meant having the "Connect to Tor automatically" option disabled
so Vidalia doesn't connect to Tor until the "Start Tor" button is
pressed.

There are no debug messages before the
"[notice] Tor status changed from 'Unset' to 'Stopped'."
message which Vidalia 0.3.0 already lacks.
